This sounds so good!!!!! * Exported from MasterCook Mac * Russ's Garlic Potatoes Recipe By : Russ Almand Serving Size : 2 Preparation Time :0:10 Categories : Vegetables Amount Measure Ingredient -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 potato 1 garlic Using an apple core, put a hole into each baking potato (center it). Peel garlic cloves, shove into the hole you made in each potato. Wrap in aluminum foil. Bake at 400 degrees until done (depends on the size of the potato). Fork stuck into the potato should go in easily. Unwrap, slice open, mash the cooked garlic into the potato - you don't need butter! You might try this with Elephant Garlic! Bakes up softer and moister than regular garlic.
