1 Cup if King Crab Meat (Steam the legs, remove
the meat) - leftovers are great for this
2-4 Tablespoons margarine or butter
Salt Substitute - Hot and Spicy
1/4 Yellow Onion
1 Elephant Garlic clove
Place 4-5 onion slices and sliced Elephant
garlic in a heavy non-stick pan. Add 3 Tablespoons margarine or butter.
Use Medium-Medium High Heat. Wen Onion transparent, stir in the King Crab
meat and FRY with the onion and garlic. Season to taste with the Hot and
Spicy salt substitute.
Serve with herbed
rice and steamed or stir-ftied
vegetables.
