Pecan Pie

Pecan Pie Number 1

Beat together, rotary beater
3 eggs
2/3 Cup sugar
1/3 teaspoon salt
1/3 Cup butter, melted
1 Cup dark corn syrup
Mix in
1 Cup pecan halves

Pour into a 9" pie pan lined with an unbaked pie shell. Bake until lightly browned

375 degrees, 40-50 minutes

Pecan Pie Number 2

Beat together, rotary beater
4 eggs
1/3 Cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons flour
1 1/4 teaspoons vanilla
1/4 Cup butter, melted
1 1/4 Cup dark corn syrup
Mix in
1 Cup pecan halves or broken pecans

Pour into a 9" pie pan lined with an unbaked pie shell. Bake until lightly browned

375 degrees, 35-45 minutes
