2005 Story Set
| Date: April 3, 2005 I got up - cleaned some more - doing lots of laundry - tossed the flowers from the party out. Will burn the broken heart I think. Just sticks and paper now - flowers all shrunk up and dead. Doing load after load of laundry - will give away lots of linen stuff -. Keep the twin bed stuff for San Diego - get rid of the bed for now however. I sat down sipping hot cider - feeling very accomplished - spa running. And chlorine added. So - sipping away - I found that Pirot was on - so I checked cable. And it said 12 noon - I thought 11 --- of course I missed the turn the clocks ahead routine. I thought I could jump in the spa ---- I may anyway. My back hurts (wearing a band). and my right arm elbow is what's acting up. I set the clocks - found one bathing suit wouldn't get high enough to cover my boobs - tossed it - enough. Put on another - couldn't fasten the back but so what - sat in spa until a prune. Took a shower - started NEXT load of laundry (7 need doing). Debating about wondering out to Bed and Bath for more RUBY and GOLD which is the new bedroom colors. Made the bed with new sheets - unwashed - big mistake - so sleep inside another sheet. Will wash the new ones soon - they are gold. Ruby red ones coming. Need a real bed - so I can put on the bedskirt. Need new carpets - burgundy doesn't go - neither does pink - need to paint the walls. In the bath and the bed. Cooking lots of red meat - tomato soup for breakfast - soup crackers were crap - fed birds with the rest of them. Cleaned top of fridge. Tidied a little more in John's room. Leaving the door open now - it's part of the house. Must think of it that way. Need 5 industrial clothing racks to finish sorting closet (non-industrial ones I have leaning over again). But I am sleepy-----. I then crawled on to the couch - fell asleep - went to bed by 3 - staggering around - hungry - then will go back to bed----. Yucky day - trying to have a storm - gave me a headache - more rain!!!!. Due earlier. 40 days and forty nights. They say the gardens in LA have drowned. |
