Flaming Inferno!

     I was downloading the xmas photos and discovered I didn't have the Thanksgiving photos anymore.
     
     I FREAKED OUT!
     
     Then I remembered ---- Chuck had me download the camera to the MacBook computer!!!!! (We were in San Diego for Christmas.) They are over there (on that hard drive) someplace!
     
     Talk about a moment of PANIC!!!!
     
     Having bothered myself to bits over missing photos (the ones on the other computer) - I completely lost sight of the fact I had a beautiful Harris Ranch Fillet under the broiler and almost done.
     
     45 minutes later------ I came to my senses.
     
     It is charcoal (Chuck doesn't think the dog will even eat it)
     
     CHARCOAL!

     It didn't catch fire because it was low down in the oven under the broiler - because it was nice and thick.
     
     He laughed and said at least I didn't set the new kitchen on fire!
     
     (I had called him - I am that upset!)
     
     I have walked out of the kitchen while cooking THREE TIMES today.
     
     I am broiling a hamburger with the timer set by my ear!
     
     GRRRRRR
     
     Oh well - when I drive thru Harris Ranch Sat Morning - I will buy myself another!
