2008 Story Set
| Date: September 3, 2008 I skipped progesterone just to see what would happen (DR gave me holy hell - back on it this month) so I know that the estrogen is too low since he did NOT adjust it when he raised the thyroid (Sending me to a GYN - he "doesn't feel good writing it higher - like where it had originally been!) so I skipped a period but I also did not eat myself silly (as much) - hmmmmmm (didn't mind that!) so I also did not have insomnia so my insides declared war, like they always do on occasion (eating frozen food, eating too much shrimp, eating anything actually) (They do this regardles of pills and periods.) so I took an Imodium dose (2) and then another and then another (1 each time) so I drank lots of green tea, decaf and diet non-aspertaime soda (Fluid push) so it's about 100 today so last night, my "everything run for the border" body decided that it needed something so I decided to make the Special Dark chocolate brownies (last of the cocoa) with the last of the Hershey's unwrapped kisses and the last of the walnuts and make a full recipe with Splenda/Sugar baking mix and Canola oil and 2% milk and Omega-3 eggs So they stuck to all the pans (6 cupcakes and one 9" layer) - the kisses settled to the bottom and glued themselves to the baking surface and the walnuts caused the cake to cave in so I ate a cupcake and the part of another - that one with a tablespoon of chocolate - AMAZON chocolate Hagen Daaz ice cream so I went to bed and SLEPT - overslept - time to set alarm clocks so I walked 1.3 miles on the treadmill this AM - with the orthodics in the NEW shoes, the old ones are more comfortable when mindlessly walking so now I just want to be home even though I KNOW I need to plan what I am taking to San Diego on Friday (EARLY EARLY EARLY) besides 6 blue ice paks, 4 Harris ranch ice packs and 3 frozen water bottles Wonder if I can get the cat's claws trimmed this trip or not??? They are way overdo! Else they will wait for the 19th when I am going down for a whole damned week! My poor rugs! My poor skin! She chews on my toes now ------ I really am feeding the little stinker - and she has a belly! That's OK - I grab her and hug her after chasing her all over the house She retaliates with a new trick - she poses like an Egyptian cat in her regal cat mode and STARES AT ME when she wants to be fed (if I am flopped on the sofa) - this prompts me to grab her and drag her to my chest where I clamp her tightly and not let her move while I rub her head and chuckle her under the chin Best to aim her and launch her before her claws become traction when you do that ----- |
