Vicious, Vicious Starbuck's! Evil People!

     I went to the store - WITH A SHOPPING LIST,
while debating about the smoke (heavy) (Northern California has 853+ fires burning - all around me) and my ability to function (nope),
for things I missed - Cold Cream - Pond's - big jar.
     Sure Unscented Deodorant.
     Make-up - nope - they were out. (Nutrogena Warm Beige? #60 SPF 20)
     More Trouser Socks ---- because I have a cat ----
     a pak of medication (over the counter) - Nope - San Diego Albertson's has it
     Total Control - grab a tub
     Eggs and milk (Staples - 2% milk - I can do 0% but not 1% - go figure - and the eggs are the Omega 3 eggs)
     I was looking for Hansen's diet soda - found it - (no aspartame) - grabbed 4 6-paks - and a bunch of bottles of lite green tea (Those tall 23 oz or so lizard bottles)
     Some strawberries and bananas (I have muscle spasms - low potassium - a banana a day corrects the problem)

     But I was way-laid !!!!!

     While getting the lite green tea ------
     I noticed that Starbuck's 4-pak bottles were on sale ($2.00 off)
and they had Lite Mocha -- I grabbed a pak - for driving - for driving - I promise (I have high blood pressure - or higher than before) - caffeine is a bad thing

     and then --- there it was

     in my face

DARK CHOCOLATE MOCHA STARBUCK'S - ON SALE

     I had to grab a pak
     They HAD to do that!
     They HAD to destroy all my diet low-sugar behavior.

     190 calories - but 35 grams of carbs - of which 33 are SUGAR!!!!

     And not decaf!

     Oh no! No decaf!

     WHY CAN'T THEY MAKE A LITE DARK CHOCOLATE MOCHA
     - IN A BOTTLE
     - IN DECAF????

     PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE

     Well - I also got Almonds

     and the Today show said - if your waist isn't 35" or less - eat nuts, fish and drink red wine - reduce health risk

     Well, after putting things away (staying home - already fighting the smoke - already have a headache from short exposure and already sniffling - coughing and feeling like my chest got tight)

     I had a sip of this LETHAL beverage ---- Oh Lord!! Save Me!

     IT IS SUPERB!!!!!!!

     NECTOR!

     I am in so much trouble -------
