Baby Beagle is Microchipped

She had the Parvo shot --- weighs 9.1 lbs and should be heavier
- so we up the food  (I could feel the ribs and I thought she needed more food!)
you don't want PADDING on the ribs - but you don't want to feel them directly either.
Since she would eat herself sick (Beagles are food machines) we are trying to find the magic amount.
 
She's about out of her harness (time for a new one) (She's a TANK!)
 
She has really good muscle development - due to all the exercise. (Dr. says I am more fit.)
 
Vet still says that she's a great pup - alert - active - well-developed.
 
Loves on everyone - even dogs in the waiting room ---
then she discovered the bags of food------- That leash will be short-lived!
 
She is microchipped and registered.
 
Chuck is the background contact if they can't reach me.
 
OH YEAH - she goes missing we will all know about it -----
 
My gun will be loaded!  Puppy protected by 9mm!
 
Hell - I'll load the shotgun!  20-gauge! And Chuck has his own gun and friends with bigger ones!

She cuddled once she gets tired. This will not last long----
 
I was carrying her over my shoulder like I still carry Summer (burp the baby)
when I got back home I put her in her cage - she was wracked right out.
 
 
Last night - she decided that - since I HIDE the treat in the toy box - she would just sit in it and save time----
 
So I coax her out - lift the box - insert treat (so she can't see where) and then let her hunt it.
 
She was standing on her head (nose and front paws)
and she flipped over so her belly was up and her hind legs were hanging over the side of the box - nothing stops the nose!
 
I am going to have to hide treat OUTSIDE and see what she does-----(Well - she tracked me is what she does!)
 
The command is "GET IT"
 
She will chase a ball - then wait for me to come pick it up and toss it again
this way we both get exercise.
 
3 weeks we get a Rabies shot (this is like a newborn - repeated trips to the doctor for innoculations)
 
I forgot the flea stuff-----need more for her.
