Diet Diary - Days 1 - 2

2002 Story Set

April 15, 2002
      Day 1 Tuesday April 16, 2002

      Having seen how I look after having spent $500 on hair coloring, hair cut and make-up redesign, eyebrow waxing and new tweezers, have decided that a diet is in order. Spent day on Medifast with approved protein meal (protein + veggies) as per program. Dysfunctional intestine should be soothed by non-food intake. Promised myself to get back to the gym now can get shoes on feet.
     
      Day 2 Wednesday April 17, 2002

      Frustrated at the fact that my son, after no work outs for nearly 20 months, had already changed his shape in two weeks of 5-meals a day, snacks and heavy metal lifting (within range set by doctors), I have food. Had an Omega 3 egg and tomato for late breakfast. Pork strips and stir-fry for dinner. I weed-whacked the entire back lawn and the side yard (where 4' (yes - FOOT) dandelions grow) after running vacuum madly in once-over-lightly bid to find self esteem in the house - which looks perpetually like a war zone.
     
      Made a whole wheat loaf in bread machine with added Gluten. Made with honey too. Came out great. Had a thin slice with Total Control on it. Use of same has counts down to 199. Also red wine, olive oil, fat-reduced cooking. Did not take weight down however. Fell into bed and slept. Soundly.
