2003 Story Set
| Date: November 28, 2003 I am almost up to the dryer on one side as I empty the garage for the remodel. Found a painting stored - that had its case water damaged!! It's OK however and about to be hung in my "office". It's a gold amber brown toned picture of butterflys. Had it for years Love it. I used a dolly with a flat tire (can't find the tire pump(s)). And muscles that have been atrophying since I left the gym. Not today!!!! I loaded three boxes (big) of 33's. Found my 45's - many damaged!!!!!! Warped!!!! I am sick!!!!! We are talking EARLY Rolling Stones - etc. And two boxes of pictures of my kids - and albums - good - I was afraid they were in the attic being ruined (they were not wet). I have water damage in that one wall. I worked most of the day. I loaded two cars at a time (they are both ready to roll in the AM) and then drove one after the other over. All luggage went. All camping stuff is going. Bikes too. Egad! Found "stuff" - including my marketing sample book that I need for interviews!!!! I am exhausted - had a big piece of pumpkin pie for lunch. Will do turkey back into the oven and then strip it. Also found two black flag aerosols - currently spraying the garage and the attic. Tired of crawling things. Hosed out the part of the garage I had emptied. PAIN! I am in Pain! |
