FETCHING (FTP)

OR - excuse me - is that retching?
I got the G5.
I got the software loaded.
I got the files moved over from the G5.
I couldn't reach the files to update the web.
I had them move me to a new server (bigger, faster, more capacity).
They FINALLY got done.
I have my new ISP # for my new bigger, badder server.
I found a FETCH FTP client where they had hid it - and downloaded a free trial.
I connected.
I attempted to upload a file to FABIOIFC
No success.
No permission!
I can't even connect on the G4 anymore (meaning no permission).
Can't open the new server either.
I can't get an answer from iServer Pros.
I am getting very upset!!!!

I HATE com software!!!!!!

I HATE being FRUSTRATED!!!

I can see the files
I can GET the files
I just can't PUT the files!

Permission problem

so - a dozen emails later - I can now fetch to my heart's content.

Must buy this software.
