2003 Story Set
| Date: 11-25-03 It's cold Ahhh I am thinking about finding the three started sweaters ----- And doing BIG KNITS (size 11-9 needles) IT'S COLD!!!! And my son has a new line "Honey, I'm home!" - done in Ricky Ricardo accent - and then he grabs me and cuddles me (OH does he feel good!1) He is a hoot! I HAVE to get that tee shirt made "I can't get laid to save my life" - FUNNY I am settling in at work - now can find a printer, a fax machine, a back-up server, email and the P-Bridge server. Am reading and typing (enough to make my hands hurt) SO - after battling holiday/evening traffic - I even tried 680 north and 237 streets - a mess! - to avoid the back-up on 237-880, and having been stuck on Maude-Matilda because they are of course repaving the road (they announced this 3 years ago----) - of course - I drive over it - it goes under construction Never fails 880 has been under construction since I got here 9 years ago 237 has been under construction the same time period Drive to 101? They had that under construction in two places - just in case You have snow? - LA had "snow" - 6" of HAIL!!!! after the fires - weird! LA!!!!! It was cold (30's) - I flipped "ON" on the fake wood stove an blasted the family room I turned the furnace up to 74 for a bit I turned them both back down (did not want to cook myself) I gave up on the idea of a salad and salmon --- ha! So I got out the packet of Hot Pepper Tomato Soup from Trader Joes Added a drained can of nibblet corn (no salt added) Added a drained can of cut green beans (ditto) Added a drained can of Portobello slices and pieces Added a rained can of crab meat Shook on Garlic & Pepper seasoning Serves three in big bowls FABULOUS!!!!!! Loved it Now I am overheated and sweating------- HOT pepper! |
