THINGS NOT TO WEAR WHILE COOKING

2004 Story Set

Date: May 16, 2004

1. Any blouse or dress with bat-wing sleeves (I tried to set myself on fire --- with an electrical stove!)

2. Anything that is not skin tight (floaty fabrics can catch on drawers and knobs)

3. Anything that is not black - unless you are baking and then it's anything that is not white

4. Anything that is not washable (because you will spill)

5. Anything with a ruffle or a trailing ribbon (because they will catch on things)

6. Long sleeves (ditto)

7. Long loose sleeves (really ditto)

8. Four inch heels (you can trip - or bang your head on the cabinets)

9. Three inch heels (ditto)

10. Two inch heels unless they are closed toe and heel (heels make your belly stick out)

11. Jewelry that dangles off your neck (because t can get into things)

12. Charm bracelets (ditto)

13. Anything with pockets (that can hook in the stove cleaning arm)

14. Any of those frilly half-hearted make-believe aprons (useless)

15. A hat (if it blocks your vision)
