Water Leak! Slab House!

      I couldn't remember
      So I spent the day tidying things while doing his IV line (home IV)
      And laundry
      And stuff
      Took most of the day to locate the vacuum cleaner
      I also dumped the rolls of toilet paper out on the floor out of their wrapper (12 at a time pak) and neatened them
      And got rid of loose ends in my room
      Room looks good
      And finally rebuilt the last of the clothing racks that had collapsed in the "closet" room (formerly my son's bedroom).
      I can find my summer clothes.
      Floor (carpet) in my bedroom seemed wet??? From a shower? Yesterday's?
      I decided to watch it.

      So this evening I lifted up one roll of said paper - it is sopped!
      The carpet is WET!
      I felt along the wall
      This is where the mold was!
      We never saw it!

      I have moved things back off that wall - what a mess
      Contractor coming in the morning to find the problem - take the rug up and try to spot where in hell water is coming from. Water and wet all along the outside wall. Especially where the legs of the hope chest were.

      Door to bathroom is worse - goes from there

      Meanwhile - Wells Fargo chickies sat on the refi paperwork for 40 days - then told me they could not match the rate - and couldn't have matched it to begin with! I told them to go to hell. If they charge my VISA - I will file charges.
